Held at a designated Catholic parish within the Archdiocese of Miami\, the retreat is geared towards empowering families to strengthen their relationships and deepen their faith. With engaging guest speakers covering various topics such as social media\, spousal and parental communication\, there’s something for every family member to learn and grow from. While the adults engage in learning\, the children will have a blast with fun-filled activities and outdoor playtime. This event is open to all families\, so come as you are and join us for a memorable retreat experience! 								\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					FAQMost frequent questions and answers				\n				\n				\n				\n							\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												Does my family need to be part of the parish? \n					\n\n					No\, it is a family ministry within the archdiocese and open to all families. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												My spouse may be working that weekend; may I attend alone with my children?  \n					\n\n					Unfortunately not; it is a family retreat and husband and wife must attend the full retreat schedule with their children. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												May my children attend?\n					\n\n					Yes\, the retreat is forthe family (parents and their children) \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												How long is the retreat?\n					\n\n					It is a two-day weekend retreat that takes place on a Saturday and Sunday. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												What are the times for the retreat?\n					\n\n					Saturday – 9 to 5 pm and Sunday – 9 to 6:30 pm \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												How much does the retreat cost? \n					\n\n					Nothing; it is free to attend. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												Do we need to bring food?\n					\n\n					No; we include breakfast\, snacks\, and lunch. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												What if my children have any food allergies or a special diet?\n					\n\n					No problem; we will take extra care and precautions for any person attending the retreat who may have any allergies to any foodsor are on a special diet. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												What if we are not practicing Catholics?\n					\n\n					No problem; you may attend. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												What if I do not know anyone attending?\n					\n\n					No problem; we know that you\, your spouse\, and your children will make friends through the retreat. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												 What is the retreat about? \n					\n\n					We provide different talks on the social environment\, dialogue with spouses\, and dialogue with children and family in today’s world. \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												What do the children do?\n					\n\n					They are provided with different activities in a supervised classroom and play in the playground.   \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												Do I get to see my children?\n					\n\n					Yes\, you will get to have breakfast\, lunch\, and throughout the day with the different activities.   \n				\n							\n					\n												\n															\n								\n													\n												Who spends time with the children?\n					\n\n					Virtus*trained parents.
